Water jet cutting

At a maximum pressure of 3.800 bar, we cut rubber, polyuretane and many other materials, including in combination with metal or ceramic.

The special advantages are:

• Clean and precise cuts even fpr large thicknesses        
• Program-controlles cutting even for complex contours                      
• Cutting without thermal stress
• No reworking of the cut edges required   

In addition, this technique allows us to achieve precise cuts in a definable quality while optimizing use of the material - all with very little mechanical stress on the workpieces.

The program control also allows us to cut shapes that would not be possible by hand. We digitize the drawings provided by you. Using the stored parameters, we realize fast cutting and ensure consistent reproduction.

We process and save your drawing data in the following formats:

• dxf (preferred)                   
• dwg
• igs
• cdl
