LUWITAN^®  wear protection sheets

Highly wear-resistant sheets made of LUWITAN® polyurethane which protect installation components from wear, baked-on deposits and corrosion in the form of lining. Regular sizes and stocked sizes are 2.000 x 1.000 mm, 10 to 25 mm thick in 65 and 85 shore A, with and without metal opening inserts.
In addition, we provide customized models for individual orders.

Applications

A LUWITAN® material lining  provides additional sealing for transported goods at transfer / loading stationsThis prevents system or plant  pollution and dust emissions.In the funnel area, as well as in the shock zone, the material lining includes metal hole inserts at the top area, for easy installation.No perforated steel sheet has been integrated within the sealed area.
