LUTZE has been a reliable partner to its national and international corporate customers for more than 50 years. Our goal is to convince through performance and quality in collaboration with all of our employees, and through entrepreneurial, far-sighted actions to prepare the Fördertechnik and Kunststofftechnik Divisions for the future, to the benefit of our customers. - Acquisition of the firm Fördertechnik & Montageservice Chaki in Dortmund
- 2008
- Acquisition of the firm Heese Gummi- & Kunststoffe GmbH in Wedemark; sale of the Technischer Handel Division to Kistenpfennig AG
- 2006
- New building and renaming of Lutze Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co. KG in Einbeck
- 2003
- Acquisition of the firm Hansen Kunststoffe in Halle/Saale; name change from Lutze Industrietechnik to Lutze Fördertechnik GmbH
- 2002
- Acquisition of KA-RI-FIX western sites (Rinteln, Kerpen and Erbach); acquisition of the firm Hamacher, Niederzier (Düren)
- 1998
- Acquisition of the Göttingen subsidiary of the firm Brickwedde
- 1996
- New building for Lutze Industrietechnik GmbH in Calbe
- 1990
- Founding of Lutze Industrietechnik GmbH in Calbe
- 1988
- Heinz Lutze Junior takes over the business after the death of his father
