Our manufacturing possibilities in the field of polyurethane moulded parts and coatings from Luwitan® are state of the art. We can manufacture single components and series products from just a few grams up to several hundred kilograms, using 5 modern casting machines.
Luwitan® is our trademarked name for hot-cast polyurethane, with levels of hardness ranging from 35 Shore A to 72 Shore D. The special characteristics are: excellent abrasion resistance, high tearing resistance, high damping, very elastic and resistant to ageing, hydrolysis resistance
