With six strategically placed sites in Germany, Lutze Fördertechnik GmbH has properly expanded its range of products for industrial partners. All conveyor-related components for conveyor belt systems such as belts, rollers, driving drums and tail pulleys, scraper and sealing systems as well as wear protection components for all heavily-loaded elements are part of the product range. Upon request, conveyor belt solutions can also be individually assembled and customers supplied with any accessory.
Service is our strong point.
Installation and repair services are accordingly offered around the clock, including on weekends. This concept is very beneficial for developing long-term customer relationships, and is now producing an increasing number of maintenance commissions, for systems or entire plants.
The innovations for materials handling include very exacting solutions for wear protection, noise insulation, and reduction of dust emission. When looking for new solutions, practical problems in which caking or wear play a major role are analysed thoroughly. In the next step, we develop new technical possibilities together with our customers which lead to lasting improvements. They demonstrably help to attain improved service lives or optimise the functionality of the systems in numerous application areas.
For years, sales, assembly and service in all aspects of steep-angle rubber conveyor belts have been developing extremely positively at Lutze Fördertechnik GmbH. These special belts are now an important part of the delivery programme. With widths of 300 to 2000 mm and a depth of profile of 15 to 32 mm in stock, the belts are used for upward transport of different bulk materials. These belts are supplemented with vulcanised profiles in order to equip the steep-angle conveyor belt systems with longitudinal and transverse profiles.
Special solutions can also be implemented for oil, grease, or temperature-resistant steep conveying. If materials handling is especially rough in a sector, which is often the case in the raw materials and building materials industry, transverse wire-cable reinforcements have proven successful in preventing the steep-angle conveyor belt from being slit open, for example from the impact of sharp-edged or jammed material.
